Parmesan Salmon with Broccoli

Parmesan Salmon with Broccoli

1.5 lb salmon fillet (or salmon pieces)

1 lb broccoli florets, chopped

1-2 tbsp EVOO

5 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper 

1 c shredded parmesan cheese 

Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.

Place salmon in the center of the sheet pan. Brush with olive oil.

Toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and arrange around the salmon.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Top with shredded parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
